1. 3-Day Return and Refund Window

• Digital Services: For digital advertising services (including Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn ads, blog promotions, etc.), you may request a refund within 3 days from the date you receive the initial campaign setup or design preview.
• Offline Services: For printed and offline advertising services (such as newspaper ads, calendars, and promotional materials), you may request a refund within 3 days after receiving design proofs and before the ad is placed or the material is sent for printing.

2. Conditions for Refund

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be processed if the services have not been launched, and the final advertisement has not been placed on the selected platform or media.
• Refund After Campaign Launch: Once a digital or offline ad has been placed on the chosen platform or distributed in media, no refunds will be provided.
• Approval Stage: For offline services, once the client approves the designs and the ad is submitted to media channels, no further refunds will be granted.

3. Refund Mode

• Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. This includes credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or digital payment gateways.
• Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days after approval of the refund request.
• In the event of bank transfers or other specific modes, processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

4. How to Request a Refund

• To request a refund, please contact us within the specified time frame at support@adruchi.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
• Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the status and initiate the refund process.

General Terms

• Refunds will only be processed in accordance with this policy. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the service has already been rendered or if it falls outside the eligible return period.
• We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction related to the performance or outcome of an ad campaign, as we do not guarantee specific business results.
