Cancellation Policy
At Siddhi Vinayak International, Jaipur (Ad Ruchi Services), we aim to provide flexible and reliable advertising and marketing services. However, we understand that plans can change, and cancellations may be necessary. Please review our updated cancellation policy below:
Digital Advertising and Marketing Services:
- You may cancel your digital advertising or marketing campaign on the same day it is booked or within 3 days from the date of confirmation, provided the campaign has not been launched.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to support@adruchi.com.
- If the campaign setup or design work has already begun but has not yet been launched, you may still request a cancellation within the 3-day window. However, a partial fee may be charged to cover the work already completed.
- Once the campaign is live on the selected platform, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be provided.
Offline Advertising and Printed Media Services:
- For offline advertising services, including printed media, newspaper ads, calendars, and promotional materials, cancellations must be made before design approvals are given or media space is booked.
- You may cancel the service within the same day or within 3 days of order confirmation. After this period or once the designs are approved, cancellations are not allowed.
- Once the designs have been approved and the ad is submitted to print or media space has been secured, cancellations are not permitted, and the full payment for the service will be due.
- No refunds or returns are available after the ad or promotional material has been processed or distributed.
General Terms:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@adruchi.com with your order details and the reason for cancellation.
- All cancellation requests are subject to review, and we reserve the right to charge for any work already completed or costs incurred.
- We do not guarantee the cancellation of services requested after the project has started or been completed.
